Poultry is left off the livestock chart: at about 43 million birds in 2019, it would flatten the other lines.
About these numbers
Fish catch joins a 2014–2018 table with the 2019–2023 estimates. Lake names differ between the two releases and were matched by hand. The honey table lists both regions and sub-regions; we checked that each adds up to UBOS’s national total.
Problems we found in the source data
- UBOS’s 2019 fish-catch estimates are identical to 2018, to the tonne, for every lake. They look carried over rather than measured, so 2019 is left blank.
