How we work this out
- Your age rank uses UBOS’s population projection for 2026, by five-year age group (spread evenly within each group).
- Uganda’s population in your birth year is estimated between census counts (1911–2024), assuming steady growth between them.
- Life expectancy at your birth is interpolated between the census years UBOS reports (1969–2024).
- District figures are from the 2024 census.
