    About these numbers

UBOS’s Construction Input Price Index follows the prices builders pay for materials, fuel, labour, utilities and services, weighted by how much each costs in a typical project. We checked that materials, utilities, services and labour, weighted, reproduce UBOS’s overall index every month.
